Member List Disabled

This is a notice that the Member List (for these forums) has been disabled. We have experienced a lot of registered users that are coming from foreign IPs (India, Pakistan, etc) or registering multiple user ids. I have been banning any foreign IP registrations as I've seen no participation and can only envision those as an attempt to spam or be detrimental to the forums or our users.

I have also changed the registration process to Administrator Approval so these registrations can be monitored. It will mean a slight delay in the registration process, but will hopefully protect us all from potential spammer/hacker threats.
